Process
Four steps, one calm move-in.
- 01
Spatial 3D Concepting
We start with your footprint, venue rules, audience and brand. We develop spatial 3D concepts showing layout, sightlines, greenery placement and lighting mood.
- Discovery call and brief
- Venue and show-manual review
- 3D concept and material direction
- Scoped estimate based on the concept
- 02
Partner Fabrication
Millwork, structure and SEG graphics are produced with trusted fabrication and print partners. Where structural or certified engineering is required, it is provided by qualified partners.
- Fabrication partner coordination
- Shop drawings and approvals
- Graphics production via partners
- Schedule and freight planning
- 03
Botanical Curation
We select, compose and prepare real or faux foliage, moss and floral elements so they read beautifully under show lighting and survive transport and install.
- Species and texture palette
- Faux, preserved or live selection
- Pre-assembly and pre-lighting
- Packing for transport
- 04
Botanical Installation Lead
Our crew lead runs installation and dismantle on site, coordinating with venue labour, your team and partners to keep move-in on schedule.
- Move-in logistics and crew lead
- Installation and set dressing
- Lighting placement and focus
- Dismantle and load-out
Planning & quoting
Estimates follow a defined scope and concept. We do not publish fixed prices or guarantee quotes before a brief is reviewed.
Logistics
Freight, venue labour coordination, move-in windows and site access are planned alongside your show schedule.
After the show (optional)
Where within scope: dismantle, storage of reusable modules and greenery, and refurbishment before the next event.
Partner model
Built to work with your production team.
Many projects already have a creative lead and a production company in place. We are designed to complement them — not replace them.
We can supply specialty botanical assets and sourcing, coordinate scenic fabrication, add Event Luma wireless lighting, or provide installation-only crew and on-site leads. Your team keeps creative direction, client relationships and overall production control.
